Privacy Policy

vernnypower.com is a set of static pages with no accounts, no logins, no shopping basket and no personalised content. We collect as little as a website can reasonably collect and still be maintained.

What is collected

Our host records standard server logs for every visit — IP address, time, page requested, referring page and browser user agent. These are used to keep the site available and to spot abuse, and they are discarded on a short rolling schedule.

We may use a basic, aggregate analytics measure to see which chapters are read. It reports totals, not individuals: we do not build profiles, do not track visitors across other websites, and do not use advertising or retargeting pixels.

If you email us, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to answer and to keep a record of any correction made. That is all it is used for.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. Any cookie present is a strictly functional one used by the host or the analytics measure described above.

What is never done

We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal data with third parties for marketing. There is no mailing list, and we send no promotional email.

How to opt out

Blocking cookies or scripts in your browser, or using a browser with tracking protection enabled, prevents analytics collection entirely and does not affect how the site works. Server logs cannot be opted out of, as they are created before the page is served; they are short-lived and are not linked to anything else.
